SS nuts production standard are DIN934 Hex Nuts, DIN6923 Flange nuts with serration, DIN985 Nylon Insert Lock Nuts, and DIN6334 Long Nuts. also Eye lifting Nuts ,Castle Nuts.
All kinds of stainless steel combi-screws, no matter hexagon head, pan head, allen socket head, buttom head stainless steel screws, with flat washers and spring washers.
A2-70 or A4-80 grade cap screws, such as Allen Socket Head Screws DIN912, Hexagon Head Screws DIN933, and Allen Socket Low Head Screws DIN7984 with full thread.
Stainless steel washers are produced as standard DIN125A Flat Washers, DIN 127B Spring Washers, DIN9021/ISO7093 Fender Washers, and Square Washers.

Material of Stainless Steel Fasteners
A2-70 is a performance head marking for stainless steel bolts and screw, austenitic steel 304, cold forming, minimum tensile strength of 700MPA.
A4-80 is stainless steel fastener on behalf of the austenitic stainless steel 316 or 316L, with strength level minimum 800MPA. it can only be hardened by cold work to improve its mechanical properties and fatigue resistance.
2205, or S31803 stainless steel fastener, make by material duplex steel, it is a high quality which has excelent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, and can mantain stable performance in a variety of harsh environments, like chemical, petroleum and offshore engineering.
904L (N08904, 1.4539), it is a super anstenitic stainless steel with low carbon,high nickel and molybdenum composition.it has good activation-passivation transformation ability. good pitting resistance in neutral chloride-containing media.
Hastelloy C276 is one of the most corrosion-resistant of modern metal materials. mainly resistant to wet chlorine, a variety of oxidizing chlorides,hydrochloric acid at low and medium temperatures have very good corrosion resistance.
Inconel 600 is a high nickel composition alloy steel, has good resistance to high temperature corrosion and oxidation,suitable for the production of oxidation-resistant parts under 1000โ to with standard loads.
Inconel 625 has excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, good tensile and fatigue properties, from low temperature to 980โ, and sistance to stress corrotion nder salt spray.
Incoloy 800H is resistant to many corrosive media. high nickel and high chomium composition, better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking.
